"I will tell the people what's going on at the statehouse. I'm going to treat the capitol as a borderline crime scene. ... If businesses don't have to pay taxes, the burden should not be on those trying to feed themselves." - The Valley Falls Vindicator & Oskaloosa Independent, March 3, 2016.

Across Kansas the top 1% are looting and on-the-loose, pitting us against each other. Communities in Jefferson County need to democratically prepare themselves for food and energy autonomy.

WHAT JUSTICE?

Last Friday morning, Kaden Nagel, the 3 yr. old son of Reno County Deputy Andrew Nagel, died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound in his father’s South Hutchinson apartment.

It is alleged the .40 caliber handgun was owned by a “roommate” of Deputy Nagel, and headlined “accidental” in the local newspapers. Sheriff Randy Henderson has called on “prayers” for law enforcement, the Nagel family and the first responders in a press release.

Stephen Maxwell is a top officer in Reno County’s district attorney office; years ago he and another operative for Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline raided my Jefferson County farmhouse. They were looking for the private medical records of women in Kansas who had abortions.

Using the penalty of immediate arrest and detention with handcuffs and guns, they forced my wife to Topeka, to present a selection of private medical records which he and others took by force from her hands to use against Wichita’s Dr. George Tiller.

Kline, who respects gun owners’ rights, spent over a million dollars statewide in his witch hunts against doctors providing reproductive health care to women without a single conviction.

Tiller was murdered in his church with a single shot in the head by a hand gun that has never been found. His convicted murderer, Scott Roeder, brags from a Kansas prison about the success of his “pro-life” witch hunt.

Stephen Maxwell, a “pro-life” witch hunter, now Reno County’s senior assistant DA, will encourage respect for the gun owning rights of his grieving deputy.

The gun owner rights of Tom Bledsoe in the 1999 murder and sexual assault of 14 yr. old Zeta Camille Arfmann here in Jefferson County were respected. Security guard Tom said Brother Floyd took his gun to kill little Zeta.

Should the overturned prison sentence of his brother Floyd after serving 16 years in prison give the public any comfort? What kind of justice was served in Tom’s recent apparent suicide with a plastic bag?

By next July 2017 legally without permits, insurance and unregulated training our respected gun owners will be carrying openly and concealed onto our college campuses, attending our city halls and school board meetings.

Will silence then be your respect for gun owners’ rights?

Citizens, I suggest next comes the tyranny of bullies, bosses and buffoons.

All written by that hideously disfigured Kansas Republican Party from the Topeka statehouse.
It must be stopped next Election Day 2016.
